About the Author

Jusuke J. J. Ikegami serves as a professor and dean at Waseda Business School, where he also directs the Waseda Blue Ocean Shift Institute. He previously worked at Boston Consulting Group and is the author of Situational Strategy. Harbir Singh is a professor of management and Co-Director of the Mack Institute for Innovation Management at the Wharton School. His research focuses on corporate governance and strategy, and he co-authored The India Way and The Strategic Leader's Roadmap. Michael Useem directs the Center for Leadership and Change Management at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has written extensively on management and governance, including the titles The Leader's Checklist and The Leadership Moment.
